C6011 is a handrail bracket built for square tube balustrade systems. The body is investment cast in stainless steel 304, which lets the tapered arm, the reinforcing collar and the square cover skirt come out as a single part instead of three welded pieces. The square socket slips over the top of a 40 x 40 mm or 50 x 50 mm post, and the skirt drops down over the joint so the mounting weld and the fixings stay hidden. At the rail end, the handrail bracket carries a flat saddle that is bolted to the underside of the handrail, and the bolt joint between arm and saddle can be slackened on site to follow the angle of the rail.

Because the bracket is cast rather than fabricated from tube, the wall section at the collar stays thick where the load path turns, and the arm keeps its shape when the saddle bolt is torqued down. Each handrail bracket is deburred, passivated and then hand buffed to a satin or mirror finish that matches our square tube, so the finished railing run shares one gloss level. Installers usually set the post first, slide the cover skirt down, weld or bolt the base, then set the saddle angle against the handrail and lock the bolt. For projects that mix post sizes on the same run, this handrail bracket is normally ordered together with our matching square connectors, end caps and glass clamps so bore tolerance and finish stay consistent across the whole railing package.
