How This Handrail Bracket Is Built
A handrail bracket is the small part that decides whether a railing feels solid or loose, and model C501 is made from a single piece of solid round stainless steel bar, bent and polished as one body. There is no welded joint between the arm and the mounting plate, so the handrail bracket keeps its stiffness even when a heavy person leans on the tube.
The mounting end combines a four-hole plate with a twin disc glass adaptor, which means the same handrail bracket can be fixed to a timber or steel post with screws, or clamped onto a glass panel through the pre-drilled hole. The arc saddle on top is adjustable, so the installer can rotate it to follow the handrail angle on a staircase instead of stocking a second bracket for inclined runs.
Height and reach are both 60 mm, and the base disc measures 42 mm, matching the proportions most glass balustrade drawings call for. Choose SUS 201 satin or mirror for indoor use, or SUS 304 when the handrail bracket will sit on a balcony or near a pool. Laser marking, custom bar diameter and custom plate drilling are all available on this handrail bracket.
